Ditchley Cider Works is a cidery and working farm dedicated to the creation of unique, premium ciders. Ditchley raises it's own free range hogs, cows, ducks, turkeys, chicken and geese. All are for sale & are nitrate, nitrite and MSG free.
All of their cider is produced from apples grown on the Ditchley property. In 2015 and 2016 they planted more than 50 varieties of cider apples. Why so many varieties? They’re still “experimenting” to determine which varieties are best acclimated to life on the Chesapeake Bay! They grow, pick, crush, squeeze all of our apples, and bottle all of their cider, on-site.
