Heathsville Farmers Market

Historic Rice's Hotel / Hughlett's Tavern sponsors the Heathsville Farmers Market every 3rd Saturday of the month from April to October. Local produce, eggs & meat, crafts, plants, baked goods and more.

Each market has a theme. At the final market in October, there will be a "Blessing of the Animals," courtesy of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church.

The Tavern Café and "Heritage Arts Center" Gift Shoppe will also be open. The cafe offers light luncheon fare. The gift shoppe consigns the wares of over 100 local artists and artisans.

Make it a Heathsville Saturday. Elsewhere in the community, there are interesting shops, attractions, eats and historical sites.

Rice's Hotel / Hughlett's Tavern is a nonprofit historic landmark run entirely by volunteers.
