1710 Tavern's Chocolate ChaiTeani

1 ½ oz Chai-infused vodka (instructions included)
1 oz Disaronno Amaretto
1 oz Bailey's Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Half & Half
Chai sugar (from The Spice & Tea Exchange in Williamsburg)
DIRECTIONS
Steps to make chai-infused vodka:
- Fill a tea bag with 3 oz chai.
- Place tea bag inside of 750 ml room-temperature vodka.
- Allow to steep for 1 hour.
Steps to make the 1710 Tavern’s “Chocolate ChaiTeani”:
- Rim a martini glass with the chai sugar.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine chai-infused vodka, Amaretto, Baileys and half & half.
- Shake well and strain into rimmed martini glass.
- Enjoy!
