If you’re looking for a community celebration fit for the whole family to ring in 2016, look no further than this 23rd annual family-oriented, non-alcoholic New Year’s Eve celebration of the performing arts. The event will be presented from 3 to 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 31 throughout the city and on the campus of the College of William & Mary and will feature 37 performances by 160 performers.
Enjoy the area’s finest professional entertainers including singers, instrumentalists, magicians, storytellers, puppeteers, jugglers, clowns, bands, a Big Band orchestra and more.
A variety of music is planned, including classical, shag, blues, R&B, Broadway, jazz, country, blue grass, folk and patriotic.
A children’s show begins at 3 p.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m. Fireworks shoot off from Zable Stadium at midnight.

The City of Williamsburg partners with the College of William and Mary, the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, local places of worship, the Williamsburg Regional Library and other venues to provide performance space.
