ABOUT CHILD DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES
Begun in 1965 as the Williamsburg Preschool for Special Children, Child Development Resources (CDR) now serves approximately 1,000 children and their families each year.
CDR is a comprehensive resource for physicians, teachers, and parents—in fact, for anyone who has a question about an infant or toddler—throughout the Historic Triangle. CDR serves children and families, and through our training programs, we teach others how to do the same. CDR leads Virginia’s Infant & Toddler Specialist Network.
The future of America lies in the children of today. By providing early intervention services and making affordable, high-quality early care and education a priority, CDR is helping to ensure the children of today grow up to be productive citizens of tomorrow.
